Have you seen how Christina Cultural Arts Center has erected a huge mosaic two-stories tall on the Shipley Street side of its building? One stated goal of the city is to make the backs of buildings fronting Market Street look better at their back ends on Shipley. Christina Cultural Arts Center is leading the way! What a good neighbor!
