In 2020 we supported the mothers and children from Friendship House’s Transitional Housing at Christmas.
The Angel Tree project at Christmas, 2020, was another success. Ten children received at least four gifts from eight individual members of SsAM who took the gifts right to Epiphany House on Union Street.
In addition, 27 church members purchased gift cards so that 14 mothers, seven teenagers, and six staff members received $50 in gift cards.
In addition, a donation was made from the AIM Fund to Friendship House to provide socks, hats, and gloves for the homeless that come to the walk-up breakfast each week.
The Community Advocacy Committee thanks the members of SsAM for their continued generosity of spirit.
