Weddings, Funerals and Baptisms at SsAM
Sacraments celebrated at The Episcopal Church of Saints Andrew and Matthew include baptisms, weddings and funerals.
Weddings at the Episcopal Church of Saints Andrew and Matthew are usually held on Saturdays. In most cases, it is desirable that at least one of the couple have an affiliation with the church. All couples are required to participate in several sessions of marital preparation prior to the wedding.
Funerals: To arrange a funeral, family members should contact the Church as soon as possible after a death. The clergy will arrange a meeting with the family to plan the service.
Baptisms: Adults desiring Baptism will normally be required to attend Inquirers' Classes. Parents and godparents of infants and young children will also meet with the clergy for preparation.
