Every member of Saints Andrew and Matthew over the age of 15 should fill out the Rector Search Questionnaire by Sunday, April 27, 2008.

About this questionnaire and preparing the Parish Profile so we can call a new Rector.
One of the most important tasks in calling a new Rector in the Episcopal Church is preparing the “Parish Profile” – a descriptive document used to attract priests who are possible candidates. Such a Profile must be based on current self-analysis by the parish. This in turn is largely based on a questionnaire distributed to all parishioners, which is found here.
We ask that each person in your household 16 years and older, help us by completing this questionnaire by Sunday, April 13, 2008, so that we may begin to tabulate the results and compile our Parish Profile as soon as possible. Most of the questions have space for your comments and you can add even more comments at the end.
We encourage you to use the on-line survey if possible. Your response is VERY important to the future of the church and, if we do not hear back from you, we will be giving you a call.
In order to keep our records as up to date as possible and to inform you of events and happenings, we request you give your name, address, phone and e-mail. Of course all information shared in the survey will be kept confidential and will only be used to compile statistics and give a general description of the church for prospective clergy to get a picture of who we are.
