Robinson,
Parish Administrator
Lucia Robinson was born and raised in New York City. She attended Queens College, where she studied music theory, composition and voice.
Lucia has spent much of her professional life in advertising and publishing. She was the general manager of The New York Amsterdam News and the Sales Manager for New York Magazine. Her interest in publishing brought her to Florida, where she published The South Florida Medical Review, the first healthcare business newspaper for physicians.
Lucia was a member of the Red Cross Disaster Action Team in Miami, and has been an active volunteer since 1980. She was deployed as a housing and family specialist during the Hurricane Andrew recovery period. Following that, she joined a large social service agency in South Florida.
Lucia moved to Delaware in 2004 to be near her family. She has two grandchildren – Gracie and Henry. Her daughter and son-in-law reside in Wilmington. She joined SsAM in 2004 and was named Parish Administrator in 2007.
