FESTIVAL CHORAL EUCHARIST AND SERMON,
Sunday, February 23, 2020, 10:30 am.
Carnival Sunday, 10:30 a.m. on the Sunday before the start of Lent, is an occasion for us to worship with great festivity in the spirit of the Mardi Gras and Caribbean Carnival traditions.
In this joy-filled, yet solemn celebration of song, dance, word, prayer, and Eucharist, we give thanks for the transforming power of God’s love in Christ.
Then, four days later, with uplifted spirits, we embark upon the profoundly spiritual journey of Lent that begins on Ash Wednesday.
